As regular readers of this blog are well aware I really feel that the importance of ensuring that your home for sale is at its absolute best whenever it is shown just cannot be overstated. While you don’t have to try to keep a home you are still living in like a showroom – and really can’t anyway – taking the time to make it as attractive to buyers as possible is always going to be time well spent. That is, of course, often a bit of a problem. Being a homeseller is not your full time occupation; you have one of those and it probably barely leaves you any time for much else! That’s why I loved this infographic when I came across it the other day and simply had to share! Its full of handy hints and great for printing out to stick on the fridge.
